Born to be a Bond Girl

My mother raised me on James Bond. For as long as I can remember, I have watched Sean Connery, Roger Moore, George Lazernby (told you i was hardcore), Timothy Dalton and Pierce Brosnan run across the silver screen sipping martinis, bedding the ladies and foiling villains with a propensity for dramatics.
With that said, it was only obvious that when the franchise picked up and reformulated once again, presenting me with Daniel Craig, I was there. Casino Royale completely and utterly took me in. Finally i was being offered a Bond that intrigued me as both a writer and an adult. Certainly I have a lot of sentimental love for the past Bond flicks (although the Roger Moore years i like to list along side Peter Sellers' Casino Royale, as practically comedy). I can even embrace George Lazernby's horrible "Her Majesty's Secret Service" (but that's because I'm a die hard Emma Peel fan... another story for another day). Yet here was a Blond bond who was asking me to watch the character drastically change. We were starting at the beginning with a newer double-oh. A man who is a bit unhinged and wild. A man who is finding his way.

So my grade? A (if you've see Casino Royale) B+ (if you have not as it will be harder to follow)
Good luck and enjoy (btw that IS a pic of me above in a lovely evening gown, being the best Bond gal i can be lol)
