So I'm pulling out of Hollywood video this morning (after finding myself delayed by a Pepsi delivery truck that had been parked in front of the drop box. No big deal, I wasn't in THAT big of a hurry), when this woman drives by on the main road I'm pulling out into. I get ready to slip out behind her when suddenly she starts pulling into the parking lot (NO TURN SIGNAL). She then proceeds to have the balls to honk at me and shout through her rolled up window LOL. Okay lady, whatever. I'm pretty sure you're the one who broke the law and nearly got us in a fender bender. Though I probably would have also been ticketed for failure to give right of way (which is stupid since had she been going straight as her NON-usage of a turn signal claimed, there would have been no issue) but cops just love to write tickets. Luckily that didn't happen because I hit my brakes. So grumbling a pull out of the lot and go down the road, stopping at a red light. Lo and behold what is in front of me, the Pepsi truck that slowed me up and caused me to have a near run in with the screaming lady, since I would have been long gone before her arrival had it not been for him. I look across the bridge we're stopped on and see an old brick building with a 1930s style faded painted ad on its bricks. What does it say?
BE MORE SOCIABLE, DRINK PEPSI.
That melted my pissed-off morning away in a heartbeat. Nothing like a good laugh.
